Terms & Conditions

Terms for table reservations, orders, catering and delivery at Mae Thai Wok.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every service you buy or reserve via Mae Thai Wok — in our restaurants, online and over the phone. By placing an order or booking a table you accept the terms.

We reserve the right to update the terms at any time. The current version is always available at maethaiwok.se/en/terms.

2. Reservation and cancellation

Table reservations are confirmed by email or SMS. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your visit — late cancellations or no-shows for parties of 6 or more may be charged 200 SEK per guest.

For catering: cancellation up to 72 hours before delivery is free. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the order value; no-shows 100%.

3. Orders and payment

We accept Swish, cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash in our restaurants. Online orders are paid at checkout with card or Klarna. Invoicing is available to corporate customers only, subject to credit approval.

Prices are listed in SEK including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and menus.

4. Delivery and pickup

Pickup is collected directly from the chosen restaurant at the booked time. For home delivery we partner with external providers (Foodora, Wolt, Bolt Food). Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout.

Food is delivered hot and should be consumed within 2 hours. We are not liable for food quality if the delivery is delayed by the customer or the provider.

5. Allergens and special diets

We strive for accurate allergen information but cannot guarantee a trace-free kitchen. For life-threatening allergies — contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

Full per-dish information is available at maethaiwok.se/en/allergens.

6. Limitation of liability

Mae Thai Wok's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, lost work time or consequential damages.

Complaints are handled by the respective restaurant and must be made within 14 days.

7. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are first addressed by contacting us. If no resolution is reached the matter may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the general courts.
