Yes, we prioritize fresh ingredients and prepare the food on-site in our kitchens.
Pad Thai is one of Thailand's most famous national dishes. It consists of wok-fried rice noodles with tamarind sauce, soy, egg, peanuts and vegetables. We serve Pad Thai with both rice and egg noodles, and it can be ordered with chicken, beef, shrimp or vegan (without egg) with tofu or Oumph.
Tom Yam is a classic Thai soup with chili paste, lime leaves, cilantro, galangal, lemongrass and vegetables. It has a characteristic sour and hot flavor. We recently updated our Tom Yam recipe.
We serve several different curries, each with its own character:
- Red curry — red curry paste with chili and vegetables, medium-hot
- Green curry — coconut milk and mixed vegetables, aromatic
- Yellow curry — milder, made with yellow curry paste
- Massaman curry — coconut milk with pineapple, potato, peanuts and vegetables, mild and aromatic
- Panang curry — coconut milk with lime leaves and vegetables, spicy
Yes, we have a kids menu with mild flavors and child-friendly portions. Dishes can be ordered with tofu or chicken.
Spice level
Our menus are clearly marked with spice levels:
- Mild — no chili
- Normal — one chili
- Spicy — two chilis
- Very spicy — three chilis
You choose the level based on your taste.
Yes, tell us when you order and we'll adjust the heat to your preference.
Yes, choose Mild when ordering and we'll prepare the dish without chili.
No, that's a common misconception. Many Thai dishes are mild in their base form, such as Massaman curry, Pad Thai or fried rice. With us you choose the heat level for almost every dish.
Allergies & special diets
We do our best to adapt dishes to your needs. Please contact us in good time, especially for catering, and we'll tell you what options we can offer. Note that we use ingredients such as gluten, nuts and soy in our kitchens, so we can't guarantee the food is free from traces of these.
We use gluten in our kitchens and therefore can't guarantee the food is entirely free from traces of gluten. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance, contact us before ordering to discuss options.
We use nuts in our kitchens, particularly peanuts and cashews. We can't guarantee the food is free from traces of nuts. If you have a serious nut allergy, contact us directly and we'll help you find safer options.
Yes, soy is a base ingredient in many Thai dishes, especially in wok dishes and marinades. If you have a soy allergy, contact us and we'll try to adapt your order.
Many traditional Thai dishes contain fish sauce, which is a key flavor. If you avoid fish sauce for allergy or vegan reasons, ask us to adapt the dish.
Yes, we use MSG (monosodium glutamate) as a flavor enhancer, which is common in Asian cooking. If you'd like your dish without MSG, tell us at order time.
Some dishes contain egg, including egg noodles, Pad Thai and fried rice in their default form. For vegan versions we remove the egg. If you have an egg allergy, let us know when ordering.
Vegetarian & vegan
Absolutely. We invest heavily in vegetarian and vegan options. Over 25 of our dishes can be made fully vegan.
Besides tofu we also offer Oumph!, as well as our own vego mix with edamame beans, tofu and Oumph. We also have specially developed vegan sauces and spice blends.
Some dishes can't be made fully vegan. Dishes containing egg noodles (such as Egg Noodle Wok and Mae Thai Spicy Egg Noodles) can't be veganised since the egg noodles are made with egg.
Yes. We remove the egg and prepare Pad Thai with tofu or Oumph instead.
Yes, our curries can easily be made vegan with tofu, Oumph or vegetables as protein. Many curries are based on coconut milk and are therefore already naturally dairy-free.
No, for our vegan versions we use specially developed vegan sauces without fish sauce.
Oumph! is a plant-based protein product made from soy. It has a rich texture that works very well in Thai wok and curry dishes.
